• Order information provided by our payment provider, such as customer email, order id, product id, checkout id, and payment status.
• License activation information, such as license key hash, machine code, machine name, plugin version, Unreal Engine version, activation status, and validation timestamps.
• Support information you choose to send us by email, such as screenshots, logs, and project environment details.
• Basic website hosting logs that may be processed by Cloudflare for security, analytics, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

• To process purchases and deliver license access.
• To activate, validate, reset, suspend, or revoke plugin licenses.
• To detect refund abuse, seat sharing, duplicated activations, and unauthorized access.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot plugin issues.
• To maintain website and license server security.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Creem may process payment, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance data according to its own policies.

License Keys And Machine Data

The license server stores license keys as hashes where possible. Machine codes are used to enforce the purchased seat limit and are not used for advertising.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with service providers used to run the product, including Creem for payments and Cloudflare for website, Worker, and database hosting.

Data Retention

We retain order, license, activation, webhook, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the product, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet business or legal requirements.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request support, a license reset, or deletion of non-essential support messages. Some order and license records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance.
