These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of Auto Asset Importer, a commercial Unreal Engine editor plugin for asset import workflows.

Product

Auto Asset Importer is a UE5.3 Windows editor plugin for batch importing structured FBX folders, textures, static mesh LODs, material instances, presets, and import reports.

License

Activation And Seat Reset

The plugin binds a license to a machine code. If you replace your computer or need to move the license, contact support with your order email. We may reset the seat after verifying the order.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through the payment provider and applicable platform rules. If an order is refunded, the license may be disabled and future plugin validation may fail.

Updates

The current purchase includes the UE5.3 Windows build described on the product page. Future engine versions, new platforms, or major feature upgrades may be released separately.

Support

Support is provided by email. Please include your order email, Unreal Engine version, plugin version, screenshots, logs, and a short description of the issue.

Acceptable Use

Disclaimer

The plugin is provided as a production workflow tool, but asset libraries and project pipelines vary. You are responsible for testing the plugin in your own project before relying on it for critical production work.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Asset Importer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product.
